You talk down to me, don't ask my opinion on things and dismiss my experiences, that stems from you not viewing me as equal.     I've made up my mind that I want to bang either the coke dealer or this man I'm messaging, either of them could be traffickers, and I just realised I've never tried to flirt before. Never in my life and idk why it's never been an issue. I can get hypnosis to learn how to flirt but it's hard to imagine what I'd be like, it seems unnatural for me.

    I woke up at 5pm, watched a ballet, went on a cleaning spree, studied for half an hour, flicked through the DBT book, listened to hypnosis and ig have just been having crying sessions and spacing out tonight. The plan was to study again at 3am but I've just been chatting with some man and am thinking about meeting him. Ig I'm bothered because I don't know what will happen, if the exams will go okay, if I'll go on a coke bender or if I'll go on a trip and meet this man instead.
