I'm gonna stop smoking, workout regularly again and look for a new career or something. Maybe I'll finally get a driver's license, too.

Yes your hair does change, it's to do with hormones. Mine was poker straight as a child now it's become wavy.
I'm not a fan of people with their hair dyed unnatural colours, it's more texture I'm attracted to, I like Indian hair because it's so dense and I'm jealous. Mermaid hair on women, wavy hair on men.

Do you like doing exercise classes? Biking? Running, swimming? Or workout with a bestie who helps you feel accountable to them & yourself like you paid your trainer to do, essentially.
1st tho you need to figure out the activity you most enjoy doing and start doing it! start slow— like 2 days a week for 4 weeks increasing your activity up to however many days a week you want to workout if more than two.
2nd and possibly most important, try to Surround yourself with likeminded influences and dump those things/people who don’t seem to bring much enjoyment, happiness, or fulfillment into your life.
Good luck! It’s never too late to make positive changes.
