When i was in highschool and in my early twenties i used to eat like shit. I'd have fast food several times throughout the week. After I graduated highschool and I proudly had my very own shithole, the fridge was empty except for 2% milk. which was only ever really used for coffee. The freezer was full of microwavable meals and in the cupboards were Campbell's and Progresso soups.
When this was my diet, I would have to #2 usually multipl3 times a day and some days i had zero. It was pretty annoying and frustrating that my poop schedule was just as unpredictable as when you feel a sneeze c'mon.
Been regular for about 2 years or so, maybe longer. I don't know why or what the exact emotion I am experiencing is but knowing I poop once a day around the same time every day gives me a proud like feeling or maybe it's more like a reassurance.

Ok BM it is. Of course calorie intake has to be a factor but as long as your diet isn’t extremely shitty if you eat fruit, fibre, protein snacks between meals it works out well (nuts and raisins for example), well it does for me
I don’t drink tea or coffee and the only milk I have is almond milk I’m having that with fruit and nut weetabix for breakfast right now with an orange juice
Oh and a banana too I usually have 2 a day
Sometimes I do have the odd unpredictable little BM
Shitting gives me a good feeling too it’s probably your body thanking you for that BM because it wanted to get rid of all the nasty shit left behind that has now exited your body
So basically your body wants the good stuff in and pushes the bad stuff out
That’s one of the reasons we throw up too, it’s your body saying wtf asshole get that nasty stuff out from me I want the good stuff in only
Man I can’t wait for my next shit now
Exercise too as long as you get some it doesn’t matter what it is but I’ll be honest I don’t get enough
