He can convert himself entirely into sound waves and travel through any material sound can permeate through, at the speed of sound in that material. Is aware of a 3D sonar type echolocation scan of his surroundings even when isn't looking. As he passes through objects, they experience all the stress of his mass passing through them but he can move through objects stealthily if he does so gradually. Trying to strike him doesn't work as he simply vibrates through physical objects. He is vulnerable to being disrupted by chaotic, energy based attacks.

Even if over 99% of UFO events are ultimately not representative of some extraordinary phenomenon, only one of them needs to do so in order for the proposition to be true. There have been millions of UFO sightings around the world for at least over 70 years and possibly for millennia. It is highly improbable that exactly zero out of these millions of events report a single genuine NHI event. Therefore I argue that it is highly likely that the proposition is true.
