It's a bit difficult because I believe women should be able to enter the workforce but they shouldn't be expected to. I respect my neighbors...friendly with a few. For the most part, my neighbors are quite hospitable people.
Sometimes I find myself waking up to hate the environment around me, but at the end of the day you realize people are just people..you are people, so I say just respect them.
Everyone puts on a projected face anyways.
What I will say is that you should not let others make you feel like you need to be someone else.
Accept your anger and break a string rather than dwell.

I was at the store yesterday and I saw this dude from kentucky that was in my anger mgmt class, and he's a total hipster and of kind of sweety man, but he also beat the shit out of his wife while drunk. We chopped it up for a second and he's a good hombre, and I told him that I'm glad everything is going well with him and his girl.
But I've taken anger mgmt classes 5 times and they never help, Its all an obviously fundamentally ploy to make money based off peoples emotions
