Stop determining your self-worth based entirely on whether or not you're actively interacting with a woman..? I will never understand why some people think this is such a big deal and that they're worthless if they're not dating someone. Your desperation is probably readily apparent to them. Life isn't all about whether or not you're seeing some chick. Honestly they're usually pretty annoying. When it happens, it happens. You can't force these things. You're not gonna click with every girl, and the more you TRY to get with a girl and act like that's all that matters, the less likely it becomes. Just chill and be yourself; stop worrying about whether you're dating or not. If you think so lowly of yourself over something like that, it affects your demeanor and mannerisms.
