I mean regularity. not being constipated. tried applesauce, fiber mix, raison brand. it helps but if I skip them Im crampped up. I do this at night to not be constipated the following morning. but it work maybe 4/5 times. other times I get the urge really bad to shit but strain. sometimes fiber makes it worse. painful. cramp and bloaded. sometimes it cheers me up because I have a nice pooping. without it I am 100 percent solid constipated. -

I was stating that Hamas shouldnt represent the Palestinians because it gives State of Israel a sense of permission to retaliate against Hamas. because it looks like out of nowhere Hamas just starts firing missiles into Israel unprevoked when clearly they got raged over the video of what was happening to Palestinians living in State of Israel and being told to get the fuck out of their homes and move on. this happens in doses.
whenever too many Russian or other J'ewish people move in and there are not enough homes, they just grab property. Not just land but peoples houses and say "Get the fuck out" or risk getting arrested or possibly injured or killed. now that we have smart phones with cameras making it easier to record these events, its clear that certain J'ews are doing this with impunitive behavior. But this doesnt give Hamas the right to fire on State of Israel. this could of been done through this new left movement of showing this is happening and the world telling Israel "Look fuckers, you either let her back into her house and everyone else or you pay her for the property and compensate and demand our new leftist president not fund State of Israel anymore.
Before the leftist were pro State of Israel, its clearly changing fast. the J'ews no longer have the left and most right. only a few Repubnlican Christian sects support the old Zionist movement which clearly was a huge mistake by Christian groups supporting it. -

especially if you mix it with alcohol. I feel like Im going to die if I smoke to much. I feel like im not breathing right. we're talking maybe half a gram of weed. but of course, Pot in California can be pretty strong. even British Columbian weed is pretty strong on some clone breeds. I live like 3 hour drive from the infamous Mendicino county. a well known location for pot farms way before it became legal and even then you cant grow more than 99 plants I think. -

2021-05-16 at 8:48 PM UTC in NIS fitness clubflat track. I walk up and down hills. about 4 miles but it's up steep hills. I walk two miles up a hill, walk down through the campus and sometimes once back up through the campus which is nearly a mile long itself. then back to my car.
I was doing this 4 times a week and was in good shape. walking on a flat road with 2-3% grade at best isnt that beneficial. go to a gym, get on a treadmill and have it cycle back and forth with 15% grade.
some of the hills I walk up are 17% or possibly more. the hills around Oakland and Berkeley as nearly 2000 feet at their highest peaks and average close to 1100 feet and use switch back roads to climb. one street in Berkeley is Marin and used to be a cable car hill which is now cars drive straight up. its probably 19% grade if not more. I was out of breath trying to walk up it.
8 miles on a flat road is ok but you should jog or ride 50 miles on a bike on it. not walk

When I went there it was wall to wall people on the sidewalk. about 80 percent of the people were very overweight and sucking down drinks (most likely alcohol but in sippy straw containers because I believe open beer on the strip is illegal there)
its like 2 miles of giant theater size tv monitors of advertisment. really brite. its amazing how advance ad boards have become since the old days of NEON lights. I have been to vegas twice. once when I was like 17 and was kicked out of a few casinos trying to play slots. and July 2nd and 3rd 2019 one and two days before the big quakes hit the California desert which was felt in Vegas and killed a few people in the desert.
was thinking of going back but Covid hit. it's kind of fun. buffets are no longer inexpensive, hotels are no longer 39 bucks a night there between 100-200 or more. so it's not inexpensive to get a room for a few nights and play nickle slots or see free shows. all shows cost money now. unlike when i was younger and you could go to circus circus for free and see a performance or two. everything is expensive. shows are like 50-100 bucks. Im surprized it has as many people as it does. most visiters are Southern and Midwesterners from the US. overweight. not a lot of cute ladies running around. and lots of people from LA drive or fly out there. usually hoodrat types causing trouble.
I had more fun NYC on Broadway. same lights, but higher up. so they're not blaring in your face. -
