well yeah. i have some money but I have it in CD and a down on land if the owner accpts. but this lady might be holding off to see if someone comes in large. if this guys sig isnt on the agreement by tomorrow im pulling out and purchase another somewhere else.
I eaw anothe sadly out of my price range of 40 acres of wooded area at the bottom of the sierra near that town of Doyle. I wish it was half the price with 20 acres or even 10. which is still a nice piece of property size -

Oak trees 80 feet high? Oak trees usually only grow 30-40 feet I thought. they tend to be massive around the trunk. maybe thats a west coast black oak but they're usually not that high around here and they probably have some several hundred years old -
