but I noticed as a person who suffers from hay fever and allergies, I havnt sneezed as much. and I have come accustom to wearing them. not feeling smothered as I first did wearing them.
have any of you learned anything good about covid19 practices related?
I do need to get used to virus and stuff floating around to keep my immune system up. I will probably wear them in the spring when wild grass is green and flowers bloom. but I need to not wear them most of the time. I need to breath in good virus (ones that dont make you sick with colds but booste your immune system) -
