I smoked today, couldnt even walk on the treadmill but fast walked for about 25 minutes. lifted some curls. slept for an hour. got up. took meds and ate a burrito and showered a second time and went back to bed. woke up at 10:30pm wide awake.
but i felt good. its 1:30. new rule. smoke or vape weed 2-3 hours before bed. pot in the day even for backpain is not good. something about pot and a bright sunlight doesnt mix. weed is a night drug before bed -

it shows future construction of skyscrapers and large massive construction showing us that most of the world is kicking out asses in high tech buildings. except china. they're buildings fail for some shit reason.
NYC with its new "lease over air space" is funny. they're build out an existing building to hang more real estate above another building. if you're an apartment owner or even house owner in Manhattan you might get rich if you dont care about losing your sunlight on the roof (where most new yorkers tan and BBQ in the summer months) by leasing out the sky above your house.
