    bad float

    Still non sequitur.

Computers are constantly monitoring all inputs from multiple sources and quadrupedal checking them etc.

When planes crash 9/10...it's human error.

it is because a floating point is a term in computer's index for processing data.

See above...a space vessel would be navigating via stars positions etc...those don't move except relative to the movement of the spacecraft....it would have multiple sensors measuring their position thousands of time a second...if a "bad batch of data" came through it would quickly (within 1 second) be identified as bad data and ignored based on the constant streaming of data from all the other sensors.

A human manually operating would be...

What if all of the sensors received bad batches of data simultaneously and the computer got really really hot and turned red like I'm talking Clifford the Red Dog levels of red, and a loud siren started going off MEEEEEP MEEERRPP MEEERRPP and flashing lights and some horn going AOOOOOOGA, AOOOOOOGA, and a computer voice saying "MALFUNCTION. ATTENTION, MALFUNCTION. HUMAN NEEDED. MALFUNCTION. MALFUNCTION. HUMAN NEEDED." what if that happens?

If all the sensors and computers failed then you'd be fucked....however that's far less likely to happen than...

Again 99.9999999991% of air crashes are human error not computer error.

Oh and if the 70yr old was in charge and all the sensor and computers failed....

Anyway 40/50yr olds would most likely be the ones making it..not dodery old 70+ yr olds.

40/50 would be the ideal age.

lol who made you the leader of who gets to go to mars and who doesnt?

your logic would have us all killed pre-leaving earths atmosphere
