Yeah, the PAE limitation is in how the OS addresses memory (specifically the space available to store addresses)- there is no reason addressing VRAM would be any different -

2017-03-09 at 3:15 PM UTCLanny predictably leaves out the fact that there are perfectly fine generic drivers out there, which can be used for GPUs for which no XP driver exists, and his comment about "VRAM is part of a process's virtual address space" really only confirms my initial statement: that the GPU enhances the XP operating system's ability to take on more resource-intensive applications.

2017-03-09 at 5:04 PM UTCIn the early '90's, you had to have a "qualifying product", as a prerequisite, before you could install Windows, even if you bought the Windows operating system. You had to first have MS-DOS6.0 fully installed before Windows would even think about installing. Point being, the user had to actually have at least some basic knowledge of computing before being permitted to go any further. Mindless asshats needed not apply.

2017-03-13 at 6:17 PM UTCNo, rooted is when you have a backdoor on RING0 on your harddrive, or inside the bootsector, or hiding on the RAM chips, places where it is difficult to locate.
And believe you me, I know where to find them. -

No its not you idiot. Rooted means you have a superuser account in a Linux environment. Android is based on the Linux kernel. A root kit is a virus commonly found in a Microsoft environment which has kernel level access and the ability to either hide from or falsely report to the API.
Just stop taking about things you don't know about and read more. -
