The good news is I can speak some Nigerian. The Nigerian guys back at compaq taught me some words and phrases...now the spelling here is probably wrong so I'll type it like it sounds along with the translations.

I was partially responsible for a black getting hired at my place. It's an internship, and my boss is the typical right wing neoliberal diversity sort, and was keen on her, and I told her she was perfect. I meant it as revenge, since I knew she would be a poor performer but I assumed I would be gone by the time she started. Looking at her sleeping in a staff meeting the other day I realised I was only half right.
