I try to make healthy choices...sugar is historically not part of the human diet and a lot of health problems only arose after it's mass introduction into the human diet.

Who said anything about "natural"...I said Healthy/ier...coloring is healthier than sugar...added sugar to foods has NO benefits and is only detrimental to your health. The human race got along just fine without it before refined sugar was a thing.

no, just plain no. humans have been using sugar for millenias.

its the quantity that you have to regulate, although i agree with you that sugar content in process food are on an unhealthy level, the chemical that they use to substitute sugar are more toxic and harmful than the sugar and corn syrup they replace.

Except they haven't...a tiny number of humans have, the masses only adopted sugar into their diet in the 1700s.

"1710 – 1770 CE. Sugar became an extremely popular commodity, representing 20% of all European imports; toward the end of the century, the British and French colonies in the West Indies produced 80% of the sugar."

I do, from Danzeizen Dairy available at Bashas' in 118 locations throughout Arizona and New Mexico.

  14. Seems like a redundant thing to own..I just buy a gallon of milk and it comes with the plastic one...I guess technically that means I own a milk jug...I was imagining a pot jug you'd go buy just to pour milk in it...all fancy like...a gravy boat if you will.
