I saw someone on monday and they died on wedneaday. Weird.

Anyone who thinks striking down roe v wade is good for humanity is a retarded sack of shit who likes big daddy governments dick in their ass. The only benefit is maybe some judges and politicians will die while thousands of dumb, useless unwanted babies saddle parents who didnt want them. The world is really stupid, objectively

I was worried thats what you were going to type. Thats what its being billed as to fake libertardians. The only way to strike it down would be to make it a federal vs states rights issue and anyone who believes thats the high minded ideal at stake is clueless.

I guess the whole constitution should be torn up because it grants rights to citizens from a federal podium. Gimme a break, youre smarter than the retards that buy fake justification points. I know you just wanna watch the world burn but that can happen THIS generation without waiting for an influx of dumb unwanted amerifatbabies to grow up and reach the next generation.

In no reality is making abortion more difficult to access

    A) good for taxpayers
    B) good for the country
    C) good for humanity
    D) good for anyone

Its a fake moral issue packaged as a fake states rights issue because some slobbering retards might think thats more important than government telling women what to do with their wombs and the generations of consequences that follow. Its funny americans are basically the only first world overpopulated country with a good size population stupid enough to think abortion should be restricted. They kinda deserve their short sighted misery at this point but everyone else doesnt need to keep suffering the ripple effects of american ignorance

the constitution is what gives the federal government its legitimacy, not the other way around. trying to frame this as 'abortion rights are more important than the separation between state and federal powers' is dumb and you should feel bad.

this does not prevent individual states from permitting or banning abortion based on the will of their populations.

don't get me wrong, I really don't care either way and I think it's hilarious that the left are widely calling for the dissolution of the extreme court and often for violence to follow, but it is absolutely about separation of powers

Im assuming neither of us have read the release but I did look at the brief released a month or so ago and it was pretty unnecessary. There are literally thousands of cases decided federally that have specific state rammifications.

Can you articulate WHY specifically Roe v wade should be struck down as an example of the federal government giving people TOO MUCH FREEDOM unjustly? Do you actually believe the decision was made by justices objectively who put their own christian faiths aside and the fact they could frame it is a "states rights" issue was incidental? Get real.

Why is Roe v Wade different from all the other cases decided federally to do with government overreach?

    like what, specifically?

sure there are plenty of cases of federal overreach but as far as I'm concerned they should all be struck down (I believe most federal agencies are technically illegal).

I'm not talking about federal prosecution in a general sense; the issue here is that Roe v. Wade set the precedent that abortion is federally protected, but abortion (or more generally, 'reproductive rights') is not an area of federal responsibility. The things that the federal government has control over are clearly defined in the constitution, everything else is up to the states.

Yeah, we cant remake the federal branch of government, thats fantasy. That isnt what this is about either. Of all examples of massive government overreach, the one being debated and cheered and lauded by retards is one potentially restricting the freedoms of half the country that is coincidentally a contested faith based issue. Come on

I know you like anything that you think is "owning da libz" even if its at the expense of the betterment of humanity or compromising your own morals and ideals. This is a pretty crappy hill to die on though. Siding with a majority decision by the SC that will objectively make america and the world poorer and worse because of backwoods inbred christian fake morality.

"Its an infringement on states rights for the federal government to give rights to people"

Cant wait for the next generation of even lower IQ americans to try the mental gymnastics required to justify the reasoning behind their unwanted birth. All while the federal branch expands at a greater rate but the inbred retards who cheer on shit like this feel satisfied that at least other peoples freedoms are being restricted as well

I was actually going to type that but thought that is disingenuous because almost nobody is stupid enough to believe that. I guess there are people stupid enough to believe roe v wade is about states rights though. Despite almost nobody making that point before they realized it could be grounds for appeal
