the whole story behind that is ridiculous
the turbines were from NS1; there was damage or a breakdown or something so the turbines were removed by the manufacturer (Siemens) for repair in Germany. they couldn't be repaired in Germany so they had to be sent to a Siemens facility in Canada, where the Canadian government essentially took them hostage at the behest of Zelensky. both Russia and Germany officially protested this, and Canada caved around a week later on the basis that withholding the turbines would deplete Germany's gas reserves even faster, so they supposedly released them... only for them to be 'stolen in transit'.

Actually, a better solution would be to seize the turbines and tell both countries to go fuck themselves.
But then you turn around and say you were just Solomon solution testing them to prove who the rightful owner is, and apologize to the true owner for stealing their turbine.
Nobody can complain except for Russia or Ukraine and what the fuck are they gonna do about it? Invade us?

germany can have the turbine but what are they gonna pump it with ?

NS1 is still pumping but at a lower capacity; I'm not sure what the ratio is
percentage. ratios are normally used for comparison.
