Bebo says that the Russians used cluster warheads on their missiles, and hit twice, the second time an hour later, in order to shred medical personnel and responders. Both using cluster bombs and hitting twice are things the Ukrainians started doing first. Sometimes being all clever and machiavellian doesn't work out, especially when you're retarded. -
