primarily they keep pushing back because it's going to be much easier to sell the Abrams vs competitors in the future given all the video of smoldering Leopards and Challengers, regardless of how well they may have performed

also the Abrams is supposed to be part of an air deployment, it uses jet fuel and requires huge maintenance chains that link with US aircraft maintenance. it's just not practical
  2. Originally posted by infinityshock They're getting political pushback that's stopping the transfer. The sane people are telling the retards they've had enough.

Plus they need to pay for the judenkikeland shitshow

their stated mission is to weaken russia.

this half assed effort at supporting and supplying ukraine against russia that resulted in the loss of ukraine against russia is going to get worse political fallout than just sending arm and armor that dont work to ukraine.

it just doesnt make sense to be halfassed to negate mild political fallout that will lead to greater political tsunami not just domestically in the US but globally in world geopolitics.

the moment ukraine declare their surrender is the moment the US's guarantee of security amongst friends and foes turn from a piece of paper into a roll of toilet paper,

if the people running the US are competent they'd give everyting and anything, including sending "americans" into ukraine to ensure it doesnt fail and fall.

anything less than this is a symptom the US is run by a bunch of incompetent people that will only successfully fail to secure their own survival.

maybe theyre all jéws, but that doesnt matter. because in the end they will fail.

    bull, shit.

the market for m1a1 is strictly limited to US's allies and its european vessels. mostly due its costs that most of the world couldnt afford it, but definitely because being an "ally" of the US means you've locked yourself into the US's military industrial complex's racket and can't just buy your arms from other supplier and countries as you pleases.

just look at turkiye and its S400 hundred purchase.

now imagine germany buying russian T92 and the drama that ensues. for good or ill m1a1 already have its customer base locked in and secured, and how it perform on pride parades or the battlefields is irrelevant.

if they can somehow manage to get diesel to the fron to fuel those leopards and what not on the front line im sure it can be worked out in limited quantity, and since its just for show of sloidarity and to deplete US inventory it wont matter it they get blown up.

that's why I listed the Leopards and Challengers as competitors, retard

NATO is effectively a weapons sales racket for the US MIC, but they still have to compete with other countries inside the bloc

    compete for what ?

look at the level of neglect the germans and the britts are at with their tanks.

if these tanks are children those responsible would be in jail for neglect.

Last week a zoomer made a tiktok about how happy he was that he drew snow shoveling duty instead of being sent to the front.

Guess he should have shoveled slower, RIP.

There is a threat of war for the West from Russia - and we only have a few years left to prepare! Pistorius now warns about this in an interview with Welt am Sonntag.

"Putin is currently increasing Russia's arms production significantly. According to the Duma decision, an increase of more than 60 percent," said the Defense Minister. There is a massive need to catch up in NATO and also in Germany.

Pistorius explains: "We now have about five to eight years in which we have to catch up - both in the armed forces, in industry and in society."

The Bundeswehr chief about Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin (71): "We have to take his threats against the Baltic states, Georgia and Moldova very seriously. This isn't just saber rattling."

Then the warning: "There could be dangers facing us at the end of this decade."

It is a carefully worded sentence with great political explosive power. Because in plain language it means: NATO and the West are threatened with an immediate military threat from Vladimir Putin's Russia!

Pistorius promises: "We will be prepared for it by then."

The Bundeswehr must be able to defend Germany "in the event of war".

However, the minister knows that Germany cannot simply switch to a war economy like Russia: "A lack of workers and capacities cannot be imposed." Many people have not yet understood how great the danger is. "At times I have the impression that it has not yet been internalized everywhere that we have to do more to ensure our security," said Pistorius.

It is clear that Germany must be ready: "In view of the serious crisis, we need armed forces that can defend this country - in the event of war," said Pistorius. …..

„it is good to see that the denial of reality is slowly becoming a thing of the past in Germany. Poland is going to need strong support and strategic background in the West, when the sh*t eventually hits the fan (and it will if putinists remain in power in Russia). In about five years Wojsko Polskie will be in a totally different position to repel the invasion than it is now but we will still need strong support from our allies.

Germans are supposed to be bloodthirsty beast, aren't they? Well, I hope there's still a little bit of that left in you when it's needed.„

What you think Star Trek and aldra and Vinny? Germans still got some of that savageness bloodthirsty shit going on and why do pollacks think they won’t sell them out again for some reason this time?

British AS-90 in service with Ukraine killed by a Lancet drone.

Looks like the drone caused fires to start inside, apparently it's common that explosions cause pipes to pop off and various tanks full of flammables to rupture.

AS-90s cost about £2 million each back in the day (they're obsolete or Ukraine wouldn't have them, obviously), Lancets cost about $35,000.

this is what im talking about when i say every aspect of this shitshow is artificial and completely intended to be theatrics

i was in the military and know how this shit works. you dont park a fucking platform...tank...aircraft...vehicle...artillery piece...etc..in the open, ever. there is literally ZERO reason to do this. if whatever it is is not mobile, as in on the move, its in a revetment...camo'd...a tank/artillery piece is set 'hull-down'...or some modicum of effort made to make it at least a slightly more difficult target. hell...even the sun was low enough on the horizon to make a massive long shadow to make it easy enough for hellen keller to spot from the air...AND the tracks in the dirt led straight to it.

if someone took the military manual and went through the check-lists then did the exact opposite of literally every protocol...this video would be the result

i applaud whomever took out this piece of shit amateur that makes everyone in the military look retarded

The thing that impresses me is that the Russians are winning so handily they can spare the resources to get the videos from their drones just to upload as shitposts on telegram.

On the Ukrainian side you see phone footage, but nothing more anymore.

HEAT charges basically just shoot a jet of lava through the armor; the extreme heat kills people and destroys systems inside. in this case it probably cooked off ammo stored in there

ja, you also dont retreat without first emptying your soon to be former bases first or not secure your own personels exit route first before withdrawing but that happened.

to explain that as an effort at theatrics is just absurd.

    its incompetence. thru and thru.
