What? This isn't grounds for kidnapping at all, you have a very poor understanding of the law if you think quarantine is prosecutable as unlawful confinement

Castreau's dad instituted the war measures act 50 years ago to literally kidnap French canadians in thr night by soldiers and subject them to extra judicial interrogation tactics. This was only opposed by the late great Tommy Douglas

This time when his son institutes the same measures he is opposed by no one. I bet Joel Lightbound is the only liberal and there are only a few fringe conservatives opposed and no head of any major party

It absolutely is illegal, and it absolutely is kidnapping. There's no law in existence which gave them the power to do what they did. A mandate isn't a law. A requirement isn't a law. An order isn't a law. Abducting those people was a clear crime, and they're still doing it.

No, you seem to think health guidelines, mostly provincially based are under the jurisdiction of the prime minister, and Confused because someone apparently told you that laws aren't laws. Unlawful confinement is the charge and confinement based on the law is clearly not that. I kinda goaded you into posting what I knew would be something ridiculous.

If you seriously think castreau is going to be prosecuted for travel related quarantines you are out to lunch and may never be back.

You have not educated yourself enough to appreciate that the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms is the highest law of the land, and supersedes and overrides any mandate, order, or command issued by the Government. Covid doesn't override the Charter either. That makes all the decrees and proclamations invalid and without authority. The acts they have committed are outside the law, and therefore criminal acts, for which they will be held accountable. Sooner than you think.

There have been many people who have attempted to get around mandates with charter issues and I don't think one has been successful. Do you know of any case being successful? Unsuccessful charter applications mean a precedent is set

Now, they're scheming up how to jump the children and women and elderly, who are simply exercising their constitutional rights to peaceful protest, and drag them out to the gulag and freeze their bank accounts. Canada is now a confirmed lawless third world banana republic.

if children cant consent to sex because they arent matured enough then they shouldnt be protesting for a cause thats much more complicated than sex.

and neither should women be allowed to voice their opinion unless its whats for dinner.

old people dont have a future, and so they shouldnt be in a position to decide it.

THEY SHOULD ALL RIGHTLY BE GULAGGED.
