What? This isn't grounds for kidnapping at all, you have a very poor understanding of the law if you think quarantine is prosecutable as unlawful confinement -

It absolutely is illegal, and it absolutely is kidnapping. There's no law in existence which gave them the power to do what they did. A mandate isn't a law. A requirement isn't a law. An order isn't a law. Abducting those people was a clear crime, and they're still doing it. -

You have not educated yourself enough to appreciate that the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms is the highest law of the land, and supersedes and overrides any mandate, order, or command issued by the Government. Covid doesn't override the Charter either. That makes all the decrees and proclamations invalid and without authority. The acts they have committed are outside the law, and therefore criminal acts, for which they will be held accountable. Sooner than you think. -

There have been many people who have attempted to get around mandates with charter issues and I don't think one has been successful. Do you know of any case being successful? Unsuccessful charter applications mean a precedent is set -

if children cant consent to sex because they arent matured enough then they shouldnt be protesting for a cause thats much more complicated than sex.
and neither should women be allowed to voice their opinion unless its whats for dinner.
