Back home now. The girl's name was Sophie. I tipped her 500uah. Total damage for the evening was 100uah entry, 1000uah drinks deposit, 440uah excess, and 500uah tip for Sophie. Oh, and when I went to pay the excess the shitty, lazy, useless bar girl "suggested" I pay the 60uah as a tip. So 2100uah total = $80.
Not that bad for a once off experience.

Depends where you go. Some touristy parts can be expensive enough. This is in Kyiv, which is expensive by Ukrainian standards.
The villages, outside of the cities, seem to be pretty much out of the capitalist system. I drew water from a well to fill my Brita drinking bottle, and bought hazlenuts, walnuts, honey and almonds from babushkas. It was very interesting.

Yes strippers are prostitute in private rooms. I’ve never been to a strip club and have no desire to go, but I’ve been told plenty of stories about the private rooms from some of my meat head friends.

Yeah ive been to strip clubs like less than 20 times in me loife. Which is funny bc i briefly worked the door at one too. Theres dudes who can go wherever and get whatever they want, but if youre not that guy, you need to go with a bit of spending money and be comfortable coming out of pocket a bit. Also use body language or playful language to suggest what you want without being so vulgar n up front that you disk getting blown off or dragged out. Every single time i went with my friend he ended up at least getting his dick sucked in the private dance room. I ofc was way too scared to ask for that shit but apparently it does work. Lol when i first went, the strippers actually had to physically put my hands on them.
