   I watched videos of people going there with local guides and yeah sometimes a crowd will form outside your hotel demanding you come out with all your stuff and there are child prostitution and illegal drugs everywhere.
   
   I don't think it's as violent as people think it is though, definitely more than most places but not like you walk out and get shot for no reason by some random psycho. From what i've seen there are shops, markets and things are civil but the poor areas a lot of might is right going on because the goberment is poor.
   
   No country is a complete loss, capital can turn any dying nation into an economic powerhouse with the right investment.
