    I would install my ideas on welfare, no one gets free shit for life, they get a program that ends after said amount of time spent educating the person to fend for themselves, after that they hit the streets do or die,, or we can institutionalize the ones that cant make it but they will be working 60 hrs a week .
    I would also make it mandatory to learn the rights and rules of government in the 51 constitutions and make sure every person knew it was there duty to participate in over watching government over reach.
    
    I would end income tax as it is unconstitutional.
    I would then make it mandatory for every person to know and swear an oath to uphold all constitutional laws and anyone not willing to follow and swear that oath to be deported with citizenship removed.
    No cooperate funding of elections.
    I would remove all Scotus actors and start fresh with 100% constitutional judges.
    thats just a start to what I would do for our great country .
