Grand Jury Proceeding by the Peoples´ Court of Public Opinion
Empowering Public Conscience through Natural Law
‘Injustice to One is an Injustice to All’

We, a group of international lawyers and a judge, hereby are conducting criminal investigation modelled after the United States Grand Jury proceedings.
This Grand Jury Investigation serves as a model legal proceeding to present to a jury (consisting of the citizens of the world) all available evidence of COVID-19 Crimes Against Humanity to date against “leaders,
organizers, instigators and accomplices” who aided, abetted or actively participated in the formulation and execution of a common plan for a pandemic.
Crimes to be investigated include all acts performed or omitted by a person in pursuance of a common design to commit Crimes Against Humanity, and all such criminal acts condemned in the various communities of jurors around the world.

This investigation is of the people, by the people and for the people and shall be referred to as the ‘Peoples´ Court of Public Opinion.
Having been unable to find a court to hear the actual evidence in the current system´s courts of law, we are undertaking this proceeding outside of the current system and based on natural law.
This, in turn is founded on the firm belief that every person can easily distinguish between good and evil, and between right and wrong.

The allegation is that the world’s governments have come under the controlling influence of corrupt and criminal power structures.
They colluded to stage a pandemic that they had been planning for years. To this end they deliberately created mass panic through false statements of fact and a socially engineered psychological operation whose messages they conveyed through the corporate media.

The purpose of this mass panic was to persuade the population to agree to the so-called “vaccinations" which have in the meantime be proven to be neither effective, nor safe, but extremely dangerous, even lethal.

The economic, social, and health damage that these Crimes Against Humanity have caused to the world's population can be measured in quadrillions of dollars.

The lawyers listed below, with the assistance of a number of highly respected scientists and experts from around the globe and under the auspices of a judge from Portugal,
will conduct this Grand Jury Investigation and thereby provide the jury (the citizens of the world) with a complete picture of these Crimes Against Humanity.

The ‘Peoples´ Court of Public Opinion´s investigation´s purpose is twofold: On the one hand it is to serve as a model proceeding and get indictments against some of the criminally and civilly responsible figure heads of these Crimes against Humanity.
And on the other hand it is – through showing a complete picture of what we are facing, including the geopolitical and historical backdrop - to create awareness about

the factual collapse of the current, hijacked system and its institutions, and, as a consequence
the necessity for the people themselves retaking their sovereignty, and
the necessity to first stop this plandemic´s measures by refusing to comply, and
the necessity to jump-start their own new system of health care, education, economics and judiciary, so that democracy and the rule of law on the basis of our constitutions will be reestablished.

The Peoples ‘Court of Public Opinion works independent of any government and any non-governmental organization

Trump would eat torn up documents in the Oval Office, ex-White House aide claims
    Gustaf Kilander

Ex-Trump White House aide Omarosa Manigault Newman has claimed that former President Donald Trump would sometimes chew on torn-up documents.

Mr Trump “loved to tear up those documents,” Ms Manigault Newman told MSNBC after The Washington Post reported that the National Archives recovered 15 boxes of documents that Mr Trump had wrongly had shipped to his Florida residence.

The former adviser said that there are “certainly things that I’m sure cannot be accounted for because Donald Trump became very, very aware that a lot of these sensitive documents would at some point be made public”.

“After [Trump fixer] Michael Cohen left the office and I walked into the Oval, Donald, in my view, was chewing what he had just torn up,” she told MSNBC. “It was very bizarre because he is a germophobe he never puts paper in his mouth.”

National Archives Recovers White House Records From Trump's Mar-a-Lago
After being fired in 2017 – the first year of Mr Trump’s presidency – Ms Manigault Newman has become an outspoken Trump critic.

“His habit of tearing these things up ... my heart truly goes out to the people responsible for going in the trash bins [and] recovering these things,” she told the cable news network.

It was reported over the weekend that Mr Trump wrongly took some presidential documents from the White House as he left for Mar-a-Lago.

“In mid-January 2022, NARA (National Archives and Records Administration) arranged for the transport from the Trump Mar-a-Lago property in Florida to the National Archives of 15 boxes that contained Presidential records, following discussions with President Trump’s representatives in 2021,” the National Archives said in a statement on Monday following a report by The Washington Post.

“The Presidential Records Act mandates that all presidential records must be properly preserved by each administration so that a complete set of presidential records is transferred to the National Archives at the end of the administration,” Archivist David Ferriero said in the statement.

He added that the National Archives “pursues the return of records whenever we learn that records have been improperly removed or have not been appropriately transferred to official accounts”.

Ms Manigault added that staff in the Trump White House were briefed on the Presidential Records Act and that “we had been told that if you’re with the president and he hands you something ... you have to account for that”.

She said among the lost records, “there may be documents that can tell the full story about what happened on the days leading up to January 6th, for instance, that we may never see or may never come to light”.

Mitch McConnell just smacked down the RNC
Analysis by Chris Cillizza, CNN Editor-at-large

After several days of steering clear of the Republican National Committee's decision to formally censure GOP Reps. Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger, Mitch McConnell tore the Band-Aid off on Tuesday.

Asked by CNN's Manu Raju whether he had confidence in RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel, McConnell said he did. But then the Senate GOP leader added this:

"The issue is whether or not the RNC should be sort of singling out members of our party who may have different views from the majority. That's not the job of the RNC."

McConnell wasn't done. As for the events of January 6, 2021, which the resolution condemning Cheney and Kinzinger had described as "legitimate political discourse," the Kentucky Republican was similarly blunt.

"We all were here; we saw what happened," said McConnell. "It was a violent insurrection for the purpose of trying to prevent the peaceful transfer of power after a legitimately certified election from one administration to the next. That's what it was."

The Senate minority leader almost certainly speaks for the many elected Republicans in Washington who expressed shock and dismay that the national party committee decided to make a move against Cheney and Kinzinger and seemed to downplay the motivations and actions of the rioters on January 6.

McConnell has consistently been one of the few members of Republican leadership willing to cross former President Donald Trump and his ongoing -- and baseless -- claims that the 2020 election was stolen from him.

McConnell's positioning as an occasional Trump critic has led the former President to repeatedly attack the Senate GOP leader -- labeling him an "old crow" who lacks the toughness to do what needs to be done to, uh, make America great again.

For his part, McConnell has studiously avoided even mentioning Trump's name, while desperately trying to steer the party away from internecine fights that he views as a distraction from his goal: making the 2022 election a straight referendum on President Joe Biden and congressional Democrats.

Unfortunately for McConnell, Trump and the RNC aren't on board with that plan.

The Point: This latest dustup with the RNC looks more like the rule than the exception for McConnell in the coming months. And if Republicans fail to make the gains they expect in the midterms, the blame will fall directly on the eating of their own that Trump is encouraging almost daily.

Possible classified material found in boxes recovered at Trump's Mar-a-Lago
    Joseph Choi

Possible classified material was among the documents recovered from former President Trump's Mar-a-Lago club in January, prompting the National Archives and Records Administration to alert the Department of Justice (DOJ), according to a report by The New York Times.

An unidentified source told the Times that the possible classified material was discovered when 15 boxes of presidential records were recovered from the Florida resort last month. This discovery reportedly led the National Archives to contact the DOJ in order for its inspector general to look into the matter.

Earlier this week, The Washington Post reported that multiple White House record boxes that had been taken to Mar-a-Lago had been recovered by the National Archives in January. Among these documents were communication, gifts and letters from world leaders.

Storing the documents at Mar-a-Lago is a possible violation of the Presidential Records Act, which has not been uncommon in other recent presidential administrations. However, a source told the Post at the time that transferring the documents to the Florida club was "out of the ordinary."

It was also reported earlier this week that the Archives had asked the DOJ to look into Trump's handling of White House records, though it remains unclear if the department will launch an investigation.

In January, it was reported that the National Archives had received documents from the Trump administration that had been ripped apart and taped back together. Trump is known to have frequently ripped up documents during his time in office. In 2018, Politico spoke with former Trump administration staffer Solomon Lartey, who said his first five months in the Trump White House were spent taping documents back together.

"You found pieces and taped them back together and then you gave it back to the supervisor," Lartey told the outlet.

"I had a letter from Schumer - he tore it up," said Lartey, referring to Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) . "It was the craziest thing ever. He ripped papers into tiny pieces."

White House pushes back on Fox News reports claiming the government is buying crack pipes for people
    wbostock@businessinsider.com (Bill Bostock)

The Biden administration rolled out a $30 million program to make drug-taking safer.

Fox News hosts and guests said handing out crack pipes to drug users makes the problem worse.

The White House and HHS scrambled to clarify that crack pipes were not included in its safe drug use kits.

The White House condemned "misinformation" after Fox News guests and hosts accused the government of buying crack pipes for people with addictions.

The Department of Health and Human Services launched a $30 million grant late last year for organizations to make drug-taking safer, including by handing out kits.

Fox News hosts including Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity seized on the project on Wednesday, claiming the government was using taxpayer money to give crack pipes for free.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki scrambled to clear the record Wednesday, telling reporters crack pipes "were never a part of the kit."

"We felt it was important to put out a public statement from the federal government to make that clear because we saw the spreading of misinformation and the fact that it was having an impact on a range of communities," she said.

The kit will contain "alcohol swabs, lip balm, other materials to promote hygiene and reduce the transmission diseases like HIV and hepatitis," Psaki added.

HHS also said in a statement: "No federal funding will be used directly or through subsequent reimbursement of grantees to put pipes in safe smoking kits."

Fox News did not immediately respond to Insider's request for comment.

Fox News hosts and guests slammed the policy. "The Biden administration is promoting drug addiction. They've been caught doing it and now they're denying it," Carlson said.

The attorney and Fox News guest David Bruno later told "Fox News @ Night" that "under no circumstances should they be distributing paraphernalia like this [crack pipes.]"

A number of GOP lawmakers have also used the rumor to attack the Biden administration.

"Just because HHS bureaucrats are not *personally* handing out the crack pipes doesn't make this a good idea," Sen. Tom Cotton tweeted.

And Sen. Marsha Blackburn tweeted Tuesday: "US taxpayer dollars should not be used to fund vending machines for crack pipes."

Throwing shade on Biden's vaccine mandate, Rep. Jim Jordan also tweeted: "Will you have to show your vaccine passport to get your crack pipe?"
