    building muscle/strength does not = Fitness ya dumb spud. muscle strength and Cardio = fitness.

    Lolz matter of fact, if you're not taking in the proper protein and cycle too much, you're negating a lot of the work you're doing with those 3 lifts you listed.

    Folks, Larry legend feels that G is burning up his glycogen stores by doing too much cardio. Larry feels that if g is going to do all that cardio, he needs to eat much more to build muscle.
