    havne'te worked out or drank in 16 days aside form walking and some labor.

    It is what it is. i've been doing a lot of stimulants and my waist is really smol, i have decided instead of relying on my ability to fight with a knife int he ghetto, i'm just gonna do somethin different for protection

    so, idk, i'm gonna go walk for about 5 miles and do 250 squats and think about this hispanic milf i'm really excited about meeting and falling in love with in the hood.

    honestly, u know what i'mma do instead of that walk & squats, i just bought this pull up bar that mounts to dor frames, and i never used it since i got it thursday, i think i'mma see how many pull ups (it will not be alot) i can do and chin ups i can do in an hour or somethin while i watch media on my computer. hell yea, i tell u what boiiii

    I think I'm bicycling wrong, been doing the same circuit and going as fast as possible, always. but i got slower already

    5/23 4.5mi, 22min21sec, AVG:12.0MPH, MAX:21.2
    5/24 4.5mi, 20min56sec, AVG:12.9MPH, MAX:22.1
    5/25 4.5mi, 19min24sec, AVG:13.8MPH, MAX:23.7 -I stopped feeling like i was gonna vomit from overexertion when i finished on this day
    5/26 NOTHING , i went to bed early cause i was tired from staying up too late earlier in the week ( when a nap becomes early bedtime )
    5/27 4.5mi, 19min11sec, AVG:14.0MPH, MAX:22.0 -my legs were feeling a bit swol when i was finished
    5/28 4.5mi, 20min07sec, AVG:13.4MPH, MAX:23.5 -my time got slower, wtf.. legs feeling more swoll

    A lot of the increases were from shrinking my water break/resting time.

    I remember when I used to workout like crazy I would watch inspiration things to get me in the zone again ...
