No sound on my work computer, I'll give you a tentative "lol" though because we share a similar level of humor...BUT NOT EXACTLY THE SAME.

Back to being back off topic that reminds me of this game we used to play and I'm sure you did too, where when we were at the pool we would go underwater and cup our hands over our mouth and say things and if you did it right you could actually pronounce stuff fairly clearly despite being underwater, and then your friends had to guess what you said. Remember that ?

His logic was flawed..and therefore didn't follow.

First it was a reply to SpectraL, not Mr Questions. So this was an actual non-sequitur.

Second, again you are just demonstrating a basic lack of comprehension of the terms: whether it "logically follows from" something doesn't mean it's an extension of what you said or not.

A non-sequitur would be like if I said "Jones is a man therefore he is a millionaire". Jones being a man doesnt establish Jones being a millionaire, so it's a non-sequitur.

Someone saying "it doesn't have to make sense" is a perfectly coherent response to "it wasn't funny to me because it didn't make sense". He never said anything about your sense of humour, just that he didn't make the joke within that constraint.

Wrong...we were talking about my sense of humor..not MMQs or Spectrals...it most certainly DOES have to make sense for me to find something funny.

So again, non sequitur..the logic "it doesn't have to make sense" does not follow the fact that is does.

You're wrong again...try harder, try hard.

No "we" weren't. SpectraL didn't say a single thing about your sense of humour. He just commented that it didn't have to make sense, which is why he made the joke.

Your entire sperg rage after that was a non-sequitur.

No it doesn't have to make sense, maybe it does to you but he never mentioned you, he just explained why he made the joke. It wasn't specifically targeted at you, despite replying to your post.

    Cry more.

The discussion where I said "non sequitur" was between MMQ and I you dolt, spectral wasn't even involved other than challenging it. MMQ made the non sequitur...fucking lol

    Try to keep up.

You said I didn't know what Non Sequitur meant...I gave you the definition..so clearly I do.

    You were wrong as usual.

Uhm. You quoted spectral and said 'non sequitur'.

Yes...but I was pointing out to spectral your statement was non sequitur...he simply mirrored your non sequitance (made up word). You both were using your own stances on what is required or NOT required to be funny which are both irrelevant to what I find funny (which is what you challenged)...and so that logical path you took..and which Spectral followed was non sequitur as your logic is irrelevant to my decision and by mentioning it you appeared to think it was relevant. That's a non sequitur...a statement that does not logically follow the previous one.

You were the originator of the path...1 path, 2 hikers on it...both going in a direction that would lead you to the land of Dumbfuckery.

If I say "my eyes are brown" (which they are along with being dreamy) and you say "No your eyes are blue"...then that's a non sequitur...any idiot (including Oracle) could see they were brown and your statement was an illogical one.

Noooop!!! Nope nope nope. You're backtracking big time, I get to win this.

My statement was a non-seq? That's impossible and that would totally unrestrict all the reasonable restrictions that should be applied to the term (non sequitur). I asked a question.

Asking a question often carries an underling implication.

If I say to Wariat..."you're a fucking pedo ain't ya?"

It's a question that carries an underlying accusation...passive aggressiveness if you like. Indirectly insulting but still insulting.

You quoted spectral and said "non sequitur" and you're saying you meant that what I said was the non sequitur, when the only thing I said was asking you if that was in your humor receptacle. That in no way shape or form is a non sequitur and I'm being trolled and the usage of the word non-sequitur is going to be your meme for the rest of your life and I'm gonna put it on your gravestone.

Again he mirrored your logic...that the joke didn't have to make sense for it to be funny. When a parrot repeats what you said it's not the parrots thoughts/logic that's coming out, it's the parrot's master (or the gont that taught the parrot the word).

He basically repeated your stance...which again was non sequitur...it was still non sequitur when spectral repeated it.

hence..1 path, 2 hikers...you laid the groundwork for the path.

ETA: which btw has naught to do with the fact I do and have proven to know what non sequitur means...Oracle is as usual wrong.

    I'm being trolled.

Either that or you are being really dense.

Spectral's joke has 4 thankses as of this moment so its not like it wasnt a good joke that wasnt lost on some people. It was a goddamn good joke.

Your overusage of non-sequitur is on par with §m£ÂgØL's Picard. Fight me in real life.

Having 99 idiots in a room all thanking each other doesn't mean the 1 sane person is wrong and they are right...

Quite honestly I under use it...so many times I could use it but refrain from doing so.

I'd like nothing more to never use non sequitur again, alas I don't see that time coming anytime in my lifetime

    Fight me in real life.
