    UPDATE:
    
    I woke up with energy in my tank. Checking the tide charts and getting the tools necessary to break loose the massive bolts. Its been a couple of days but I'm not sure any of the wimpy boaters would have the strength or stamina to open it up. My muscles will be swollen and pulsating from kayaking and turn the bolts as if they have been coated in butter and not rust.
