2019-08-19 at 1:09 PM UTCWhen i first flew to America, i was surprised to see a sticker on the smoke detector in the 'lavatory' saying that tampering with the smoke detector is a federal crime. I guess it makes sense, but i thought, huh, so if i remove this cover, i am liable to get arrested by the FBI. That's pretty interesting.

i dont get why they STILL have non-smoking lights even on new planes
doesnt everyone already know you cant smoke on a fucking plane? -

Hmmm I wonder about the jurisdiction regarding that "federal crime", if you are in Greenland's airspace when you fuck with it for example... -

I read that an American plane is considered American soil, diplomatically speaking. So if i am taking off in Budapest on an American plane and kick a lady in the face, i will be prosecuted by American authorities. -
