    On topic: Quitting my almost nightly weed habit of like 5 months.

    I perma fucked my brain from syncans so now this comes with actual physical withdrawal, which I've tried so hard to rule out because withdrawal from weed sounds ridiculous, but idk what else to think. Its consistent and in line with what i experienced from syncan wd.

    2nd night trying to sleep. I'm usually out by 12. It's now 2am. How do people sleep sober? I've barely eaten all day. Feel good about it though. The pain is cathartic. I know I won't sleep much tonight, but at least I know it can only get better from here. Withdrawal is one of the few times in your life where you feel progressively better everyday.

    Just gonna keep repeating that last sentence to myself k bai

    I've given up on the idea of sleeping without pills for the short/moderate term l. I'm not gonna frustrate myself trying to sleep and fail and walk around like a walker.

    Keep at it, first few days are the hardest. Taking acid reducer medication helps with some of the GI upset. Hot showers are good at alleviating some symptoms also.

    Yeah hot showers, tiny bit of melatonin. Maybe drink a couple of beers. pepto bismol. Clonidine. Then again idk what symptoms really come with cannabinoid withdrawals.

    Pepto bismol is a good idea. Been shitting my brains out.

    Symptoms of syncan for me wd are: cold heavy sweats, hot/cold flashes, insomnia, loss of apetite, nausea, mood swings, numb clammy skin

    A lot of people get a very MINOR version of this from weed. For me, weed isn't half as bad syncans. It's mostly annoying not being able to eat a full meal or sleep. I got 3 or 4h last night and was waking up constantly.

    It's fucked. I remember when I was younger I'd smoke daily and would crave weed because addict, but I didn't have physical symptoms when I'd quit. I'm literally drenched in sweat right now and my house is like a cool 74.

    Was way worse last time too. There was two days in a row I didn't sleep and it fucked me hard.

    Thought about it lol. Kava actually works really well for me. I think I have developed apermanent reverse tolerance to it.

    Gonna avoid getting into the habit of taking drugs to cover this up though. Then I just end up switching crutches. I don't wanna go back to taking like six different drugs every day. I want to actually be able to take nothing and feel fine. But everyday there's always something. Even if its just like phenylpiracetam and caffeine I feel like a junkie because I'm just so addicted to the habit of altering my consciousness in general. I've always got a replacement for whatever it is I'm trying to quit and I hate it.

    if I only eat small amounts of hydromorphone for actual pain and smoke less than 2 grams of weed a day for pain and anxiety and don't drink or smoke cigarettes I'm basically being a health guru correct? What if I take supplements and steroids too? What are some ways to repair damage I've done to myself?

    It really does. I've owned a few and getting the right temp makes all the difference.

    The vapcap m is so far the cheapest and most well designed vape I've seen. Basically a one hitter with a steel or titanium cap at the end. It looks like it'd be shit but it can produce a decent amount of clouds. You have to use a torch lighter tho.

    When I was using my mflb I thought vaping was garbage. Then I tried a PAX and I didn't wanna go back

    I kinda think it's unrealistic to live my life without marijuana so mitigating the damage done is best

    Fuck yocan tho. My friend swears by the hive but they have so many problems he's gone through 3 of them. I had the evolve plus i think and it leaked all the time. Plus they taste like shit.

    I bought a sai bucket with top air flow like a year or two ago and its so nice. Always fresh clean taste. Never need to replace coils either unless you drop it or some shit. I have three extras and i expect to never use them.

    I have a much nicer device than my friend and I've spent way less on it than he has continually replacing his 20 dollar shit vape and buying coils. I highly recommend it. I've convinced a few people here to buy it lol.
