Illinois set to legalize recreational marijuana

2019-06-01 at 5:22 PM UTCI believe it when it actually happens... this shit has been talked about for ever now. I don't know you live in Illinois, §m£ÂgØL. You're stuck in this hellhole as well.👍

2019-06-01 at 5:44 PM UTCYou HAVE to be a crook and a thief and a traitor to be a politician. If you're not, the rest make doubly sure they take you out, one way or the other. There is no such thing as an honest politician anymore. They all died along with the dinosaurs and the dodo birds.

If you don't believe it, you haven't been keeping up with the news. Read my OP to see the eventuality of this. Passed the senate and house and now we just need the governor who said marijuana reform was a priority and helped write the bill he said he couldn't wait to sign, to sign the bill.

Basically, barring some freak accident in which the governor and every Democrat successor dies and leaves a Republican as governor, IL is pretty much guaranteed to have recreational marijuana in 2020. -
2019-06-01 at 6:37 PM UTCOnce cannabis becomes legal, a dozen home delivery services will pop up. Free delivery to the door within 2 hours, probably sooner. Top shelf strains on the menu for about $160/ounce. The government won't be able to stop them.

that wud be incredible. omg This would be the greatest thing that ever happened in Illinois. i figuratively cant wait. It sucks having to go through the black market because connections come and go like weather systems. To have cheap, high quality, consistently available marijuana would be the greatest thing next to sliced bread. im figuratively cumming in my pants just thinking about it. -

When cannabis was legalized for recreational use here, the government put up a whole slew of barriers and regulations, but since you are permitted to possess up to 28g of cannabis (or 4 plants) legally, there's fuck all they can do to the dozens of home delivery drivers who popped up right after legalization. The driver only carries 28g or less at a time, and you can't get busted either.
BEST site for home delivery cannabis, contact numbers, websites and product menus and deals is WEEDMAPS. -
2019-06-01 at 7:36 PM UTCYeah, the home delivery services do up a nice website, where you can just browse through all the strains and point and click your amount and have your favorite ordered to your home in two hours or less, with no cash up front. Cash on delivery, and the guy/girl drives right up to your door and gives it to you in hermetically-sealed packets, with full labeling on the packet, including description of product/content/strain. They have EXOTIC, PREMIUM, and REGULAR categories on the website, and each category has about 10 or 12 strains in it, with full closeup photos and descriptions. Most sites charge $50/$60 for 7g of your choice, but if you buy 14g, it's a little cheaper, at $80-$100. But there ends up to be so many home delivery services popping up that if you research each one carefully, you will find some that will offer deals on $100 ounces for top-shelf product, especially for first time orders. All buds, fully-trimmed, no shake at all.
It's really amazing the selection you get online. One home delivery service I checked out yesterday has over 40 epic strains available to order online or through text message, free delivery within one hour. Girlscout Cookies (GSC), Death Bubba, Green Crack, Orange Mango, White Shark, Jack Herer, Gorilla Glue #4, dozens of various top-shelf kush strains, all nicely categorized by THC content and price. You can order 3g, 7g, 10g, 14g or 28g, and they also have some very nice hashes as well, including the Green Moroccan, Camel hashes, Gold Seal hashes, Lebanese hashes, you name it. Very, very nice selections. About $100 for 7g of the good hash, less if you buy more. Courteous and polite drivers. Always on time. This is the way it should have been all along. -

Unfortunately that's probably not going to happen for IL since the startup costs/application requirements are so ridiculous. -

Yeah, but that's only if you use the governments system. Growers are just opening up their own online stores and hiring drivers, regardless of the government's offerings or restrictions. There's really nothing the bunglers in the government can do. -

Yes there is. They can arrest you for selling marijuana without a license. -
2019-06-01 at 8:31 PM UTCMarijuana should never be legalized, here's why;
Unlike other drugs, including alcohol, you can be high on marijuana endlessly without major side effects and because of this people are more likely to be high 24/7 (I was).
Marijuana puts you into a psychotic state, a dumbed down zombie like trance, exactly what the "elite" want.
Have you ever looked a stoner straight in the face or observed them, they have that dead look in their eyes and a dragged out monotone sound in their voice.
Something like this shouldn't be socially accepted and if legal it'll become the next major *thing* in mainstream society, bigger than vaping e-cigs and caffeinated drinks.
While all the masses are doped up and dumbed down the politicians are flooding our country with illegals so they can use them for votes against us, they're legalizing infanticide and changing all of our laws so we no longer have any country over our government and country.
So just say NO to drug legalization. -

Not a single person down through all of history has ever died of smoking cannabis, yet it's illegal. Pills and alcohol kill millions every year, and yet they are perfectly legal. You see a problem with that? -

Marijuana is harmful in other ways.
It creates psychosis, it damages your memory, is toxic to the brain and overall would be very harmful for society.
A drug doesn't have to be deadly to be dangerous. -

They'll do that either way. People can let marijuana make them retarded, or they can use it medicinally. People can make their own choices. According to Stanely Milgram's electro shock experiments, the majority of people are not capable of thinking for themselves when an authority figure decides to influence their opinions. No way around that, except, kill that 75% or so of people who suck up / brown nose to authority figures. The rest of us can fix the world. The majority has to die. -

2019-06-01 at 8:43 PM UTCActually, I'll bet that even in the States where they are only planning to legalize cannabis there are several home delivery dispensaries already in full operation. Check WeedMaps.com and Sort by removing everything but "Delivery" and you might see places in your State already open for home delivery, no prescription required. Only need to be 19+.
