I have never looked into acupunture, I don't know anything about it but it sounds cool.

I like herbal treatments like I have been having toothaches but I can't find clove oil which contains euganol which is good for toothaches and can also be made into the precursor for MDMA if you have some fancy phase transfer catalysts and sodium borohydride

Severe multiple daily migraines which is unusual, which suggests the possibility of some other kind of headache given that there are up to 150 different types. Also severe CNS neuropathy located primarily in the head and upper neck. Usually I'm running at a cool 5/10 pain up to 7.5 in general (if I'm to use that shitty system) but goes up to 10 during a particularly bad flare up, which is less often after a couple botox treatments, of which I will be getting another in 3 days thankfully. Does not affect neuropathy, which is generally constant but also flares up at times and has been pretty much the same as it always was, although gaba puts a dent in it. Trama helps both a little but migraines more. Heroin completely covered both the whole time I used it. I would like a compromise, the subsitute dr. today said "Ohh, with opioids you play this game where it works for a while and then you need more and more.." Then cut me off instead of raising it. Krat.om helps a little but makes me more retarded and I don't like it anymore.

She said I can try MMJ but didn't give me a card.. General pain isn't a qualifying condition in MN, but I have a different qualifying condition, and no it's not autism, it's neurological. I will be addressing it for the first time in my life at Mayo because my parents dropped the ball and let the condition ruin my life a bit in some ways.

All of this basically means that I am not operating at 95% or particularly close to it. I look pissed off a good chunk of the time (I think) not because I am but because my head is killing me. I don't like spending a couple hundred bucks on tdol a month which is why I want a script to cover some of the costs, but again, I take these matters into my own hands when boxed out until I can find someone who will help me with acute care, if they even exist in my area.

I remember you saying you'd tried gabapentin, pregabalin etc. but have you considered the ergot derivatives? maybe microdose some lsd if your doctor won't give it to you
  7. aldra JIDF Controlled Opposition
PS. being on mid dose tram I figure I operate at around 75% most of the time
  8. I've used pregabalin for fun in college before I had pain, but not since.. I ask them about it but they block me always. I asked for a gaba increase but she said I'm on the max dose (I'm not) and more will ruin my kidneys (it won't). I'll ask my psych or neuro for more later.

Triptans don't work and make me feel crappy, ergot drugs are very rare nowadays and like 150 dollars a pill (but I have insurance finally) so unlikely. Lsd hasn't really helped and tripping while migraining can be...problematic, like last time, but I took a LOT. Could try mushrooms I guess, I've never ate them before and a donkey gave me some spores so I have those now.

If I really want to be a junkie about it I can go get suboxone (yuhg) or even methadone (yuehheggggh) but that will make things worse in a lot of ways.

Actually none of them are an entirely self contained joke like this one. The fact that you didn't get it isn't surprising, I already knew you were unintelligent.
  12. I was chasing Billie Eilish around but also escaping being found from her parents at the same time and then I got to drive her black Dodge Challenger around like a pcp world chitty bang bang style last night, which was the funnest dream I've had in my life, right after one of the worst where my brother kept suffocating me with strips of styrofoam and then I was sleep paralyzed during it.

Look into trying psilocybin mushrooms or LSD for your headaches.

    take ergot
  15. Serotonergic drugs are heavily used in migraine treatment, but SSRIs make me feel crappy so those are out (besides tramadol, which is part of the reason why I think it works as well as it does), and triptans make me feel horrible and also don't work. LSD does not seem to help things, although I did realize I was in as much pain as I was for the first time on LSD and also decided to get off of xanax during that same trip, so I have quite the soft spot for the stuff, but as far as trying to help migraines I'd probably just want to try mushies as those are more proven i think.

Codeine is also very good for headaches. You can get generic codeine tablets without a prescription from behind the counter.
