It's a roll of the dice. Animals still have quite a bit more fast twitch than even elite level west african sprinters. I did notice a difference sparring with asians and blacks though. It was great to have a black coach on the dynamic pads because of how accurate they were. They were able to time it perfectly with my punches so it sounded like a bomb going off. That gets you real fired up. I was trained by people from all over the world, africans, hispanics, whites, asians. They all have their unique contributions, but I could knock any of them out pretty easily and just generally man-handle anyone if I really wanted to. I am ridiculously fast. It's possible I am the fastest living human and I am mostly(maybe entirely) white. I'd like to find out what genes I have that contribute to that, now that you mention it. Bruce Lee was part german like me, and could move so fast he couldn't be caught on camera. I have that too. I am also part german. Strangely I don't think most germans are very fast, so I don't know what it has to do with it. I would say mixed race people would probably end up being the fastest people in the world but it is a roll of the dice like I said. Asians aren't usually aggressive enough in competition. Never actually been impressed with anyone's speed compared to my own, regardless of what race they were.
There's supposedly a race of aliens that move ridiculously fast that have been interbreeding with humans a long time. "Tall whites". Every time I get on a scale, I weigh less than I should. That is apparently also the case with these aliens. I have a lot of other similarities with the descriptions of their physical(and mental) attributes. Who knows.... That's pretty crazy. Didn't know any of this till you mentioned the differences between races. That may partially explain why I'm able to move so fast. Tall Whites being in space so much might partially also explain their speed. Hmm -
