Every parent has basic "parental rights" even shitty ones. No parent has the legal authority to keep the other parent from seeing their child– even for lack of child support… "UNLESS" those rights have been taken away by a court.
every single parent can apply for such ^benefits if the absent parent is not furnishing the basic financial needs for supporting their child/children.

The ONLY way financial support of a child can legally stop is if the parent "terminates" all parental rights to said child. No attorney has the ability/can "stop" the financial obligation because the child has a "legal right" to financial support. If you are NOT supporting your child appropriately and the state steps in and does so for you- YES, you will have the obligation of repaying back the State for supporting your child/children & why shouldn't you? your fuck-up, it is totally your responsibility of support.

there are federally State mandated Child Support Guidelines that states use. States may sway 'slightly' from said guidelines– but tend not to go to far off the guideline grid. (I'm not familiar with Texas law/guidelines, so, i take your words/complaints at face value)
it is the case if the female doesn't have custody of her children. If both parents are incapable of caring for the kid- then both parents will share the responsibility of reimbursement for any state aid, CINC, or foster care needs. it was your fuck-up getting someone pregnant. it is both of your responsibility for the financial support of said child. You are full of nothing but excuses for your own personal accountability.
my only suggestion to you is: grow the fuck-up and EMBRACE THE SUCK.

I don't believe in condoms and I didn't think out of all the hundreds of thousands of women I've been with would lie to me to get a child from me.

Pretty much. It's a circus for sure. But a lot women are really dumb. Like with chzbgrz incident I had to appear in court and she was there, and she totally came up to me and hugged me, saying she missed me. And the DA was like he's violating the protective order, and my attorney basically told to fuck off he has to be here. You asked him to come here.. They all these womens rights activist there to oversee everything and the judge was basically like you're a piece of shit and I'm not even going to read the report. And they put her on the stand and she was like I don't want him to go to jail. And the DA started talking to her and started making her cry.. and she was like "I"M AFRAID OF HIM" and they removed her and held me back so she could leave and I kinda felt betrayed.
And they were like Doug got way to easy.. he needs an ankle moniter or go back to jail, even though I had my uncle put up money to get me out.., (just to make more money) and the DA were smirking at me, like we gotcha bud.. and guess what.. a day later she called me saying she wants to see me and brought me weed.
Courts are really bullshit, I did make a lot mistakes or not at cool in my early twenties.. but since then I've just avoided the pigs just so I don't go through that ringer.
And the funny thing is chzbgrz looks at this site constantly, she even sent NIS to my probation officer and he actually didn't give a fuck because was paying the money and chzbrgz got pissed off that I was paying them and she was like "YOU OWE ME THE MONEY!" So I just ent up using her when she came back for drugs and food because she got a place down the street from me. And free fucks.
Now last time she was on here she sent more of my post to various women who I don't even talk too, and saying she needs therapy because of what I did to her.
I honestly thought like after everything and the trauma that we could put behind us, but I live some peoples heads rent free, evidently when I'm even thinking about them. -
