yeah but not all women do that though. But you're a woman from texas I wouldn't expect you understand that. single mothers are the bane of society. My daughters mom was like totally like I don't need your money! and then went and filed for welfare and her dad was yelling at me for not paying child support 2 weeks after she was born.. he's dumb you can't pay child support 2 weeks after a kid is born.. you have through a process to see if its even your kid and go to court get an attorney, ect..
but anyways she got medicade for the girl and tanif, where they just her cash for having a kid.. but then tx comes to me and their owe we want the money back we gave her..

well because first of all she lied to me saying she was on birth control, I went to one of her doctors appointments and the doctor asked her if she was on birth control and she said I've never been on it we used condoms, we never used condoms. she told the judge I used drugs and need to be drug tested, (she bought me drugs so I'd be willing to meet her parents) the judge didn't care about that because I don't have a drug conviction. She told them that she doesn't want me to be alone with the girl until she's at least five because I have the potential to molest her... never done anything like that to a kid.. never will.. I had really really shitty rights, I wasn't allowed to know where the mother lived and if I wanted to see my daughter I had to email her and go to seguin, a shitty hick town an hour away and meet at a mcdonalds for 4 hours twice a month.. on certain dates.. when I had to be working..
she said she didn't need my money and would never let me not see her, but totally backed out, and put me on blast on failbook with her boyfriends saying there going to kick my ass if I contact her, which I didn't care about because their pussies.

I went to her appoitments and met her parents, and was there when she was born but they treated me really shitty. Her family was allowed to hold her but I wasn't because I might make her sick..
So I got an attorney and paid him to stop the child support because its a fucking circus, but I had retroactivly pay back texas for medical bills.. regardless of whether she gets sick or not, they still pull out of my check. Luckily I'm almost done. I don't have a problem seeing her or pay for things, but I don't want to go to a mcdonalds an hour away to see her or her boyfriends place.
One of her boyfriends actually kicked her out of his place lol.. because she told me to come over and I did, and the gont was like "ooh.. we didn't think you'd actually come" and their was trashed out. Even my parents were like yeah this is obvious scam. I just didn't someone lie to me like that. As soon as she told me she was pregnant she quit having sex with me which was fine with me because I had a girl friend.
Here in texas they treat the guys that owe support way worse than anyone else in court, you're shackled around your waist and legs and arms. Luckily I've never had to go through that. But its a money thing. Like dwi's, child support, and family violence (doesn't matter if you're a part of there family) and pot cases are the most largely convicted cases.
the way I see it we should get equal rights to the girl and put in the same money but thats not they case.

Agreed. Eagles are cool, but they're a bit overrated. Furthermore, they only exist in certain parts of the country, so they don't have that ubiquitous connection with folks in all regions. I was/am a single mom. Though my children are adults now.
I was on welfare for part of their lives.
I received a total of 450 dollars a month for child support (for the first part of their lives [another story completely])
As a single person with no kids I could rent a one room apartment and not have to live paycheck to pay check. Having kids, and them growing up I had to move from a one bedroom to a two bedroom to a three bedroom. That cost increase was not calculated in my monthly support payments. That cost increase is not calculated in TANF benefit eligibility. That cost increase came out of my pocket. Electricity bills go up for bigger places. Water bills go up as children grow. Food bills, school needs, entertainment costs ... none of these increases get calculated into child support obligations or state funded benefits, they come out of the custodial parents pocket (because there are far more disgruntled noncustodials than there are understanding ones). And as I climbed the ladder at my place of employment my eligibility for TANF decreased. Its fine, I was proud of myself for no longer needing state aid, but it certainly wasn't easy.
I am sorry you got a bad deal for custody arrangements concerning your own child(ren), but you can always fight for more. You can also have child support adjusted every two years.
As for extortion ... there are only two ways the State will come after you to repay what they gave in benefits.
1. You weren't paying child support
2. She wasn't claiming the child support you were paying
If you were giving her money, you should always keep records or go through support enforcement so that records are kept. Plainly put -

Generally, all these accusations have to be "proven." No family court judge will place an order of mandated drug testing or supervised visitation- unless facts have shown cause for such child protections. Again, i'll repeat: No Family Court Judge rules for orders on a/the mere "allegations" of a parent- said allegations have to have substantiation and validity...
just as in seeking a protection order does. whenever, somebody says...
"oh i got a protection order against so-n-so" but they didn't have to show/prove to a court "why" they need such protection order is full of 100% crap.
You won't be able to BS me on this.
There are "reasons" why you have been given supervised visitation & regulated drug testing.

Every parent has basic "parental rights" even shitty ones. No parent has the legal authority to keep the other parent from seeing their child-- even for lack of child support... "UNLESS" those rights have been taken away by a court.

The ONLY way financial support of a child can legally stop is if the parent "terminates" all parental rights to said child. No attorney has the ability/can "stop" the financial obligation because the child has a "legal right" to financial support. If you are NOT supporting your child appropriately and the state steps in and does so for you- YES, you will have the obligation of repaying back the State for supporting your child/children & why shouldn't you? your fuck-up, it is totally your responsibility of support.

there are federally State mandated Child Support Guidelines that states use. States may sway 'slightly' from said guidelines-- but tend not to go to far off the guideline grid. (I'm not familiar with Texas law/guidelines, so, i take your words/complaints at face value)

it is the case if the female doesn't have custody of her children. If both parents are incapable of caring for the kid- then both parents will share the responsibility of reimbursement for any state aid, CINC, or foster care needs. it was your fuck-up getting someone pregnant. it is both of your responsibility for the financial support of said child.
