Chinese and Russian. I was in a hospital once when I overheard what a nurse said about my friend and she was shocked I understood. Complained and she was removed from the floor. Russians overal are way more vulgar and loud as hell. Just like crazy Muslims or Arabs in general unless from Morocco.

uncreative lamers write lame codes that make inanimate machines tick.

really creative people write stories, biblical texts, scripts and other literary works that make animate machines ... humans

It's not. Besides do you consider writing books the only way people can be creative? What about art?

not saying programmers arent creative or cant be creative.

was mere stating that it takes more creativity to program people.

you can have the most artistically creative creation but it still wouldnt be able to reprogram people.

books like bible and das kapital do.

Well ok, but being able to 'program' or as us civilized folk like to say; persuade, people is an ability we have inherited through evolution. Any person on the planet has at some point 'programmed' someone else. The same can't be said about people programming computers.

    I think yes

But I'd debug, or I could develope software… fill orders asked for by the client.

You could learn software testing I suppose.

Javascript is the most important language for the web since it runs on the browser.

You need to learn the concepts first - object orientation, variables, the basic stuff. Most people learn that on Java since it is probably the cleanest language, but any language will do. Your first language is by far the hardest, once you get it you can move on pretty quickly.

If you just want a tech job you should learn Wordpress and do small business websites. There's not much programming in it.

Guys, this is a thread with a specific topic in a technical forum. If you want to discuss the demography of programmers then do in the politics forum or something.

Not really sure what about Java makes it "clean". Relative to JS it is less crufty I suppose although there's still plenty of legacy of poor design (e.g. Map vs. Dictionary). Java is big in the QA world though if that's the direction anyone wants to go in, but I can't really recommend it unless you really just can't hack it as a normal developer. Which is not particularly to disparage testing people, it's just they get paid less and treated worse regardless of how good or bad they are, at least in my experience.

    This is very true.

But responding to the op, I'd probably say Python is a good bet. Then again, I'm biased because it the program language I prefer and know. If you want to build a website and databases and do accounting type work, learn VBA and how to build/manage databases in Microsoft access. You could easily have the skills in a 6 month time period to sell your database management skills to small real and online business owners who know jack shit about management and scale.

you're probably better off learning the languages of the transit countries lol

at the moment they're trying hard to make transit countries unable to participate in the BRI, ie. the nonsense going on in Myanmar
