Being tried by a jury is putting your fate in the hands of twelve people who were not smart enough to get out of jury duty.

that's to be expected though, half the population are 'below average' soit's to be expected
this is groups of people pursuing their own political objectives instead of the role they're expected to, and the system doing nothing to correct itself

therefore everyone who was ever found guilty of child molestation was clearly innocent under a dozen of fair juries.
