    I used to make salads with grilled chicken strips on top all the time. I would go through my health stages in life, Bradley. that just looks like leafy greens.

    try adding raw broccoli and avocado and sprouts to it with some meat on top. make it colorful too. red bell peppers, yellow ones too.

    Until I get enough money up for full-on-4, I just blend my veggies (I have 2 servings with a cup of vegetables like borollic, baby spinaches, celery, baby carrots, radish with some berries and a banana with protein powder, honey, turmeric, and plain Greek yogurt I blend twice a day now.

    I eat mostly tuna fish sandwich or have 99% lean ground turkey I make dinner with. mix it with egg whites and a small amount of crushed crackers and make meatball or Ill have a turkey burger with whole wheat buns

    the bread is a lot of carbs but I also put fat free dressing on it.
