What are you thinking about....

  1. Ghost Black Hole
I think about making it big and never having to apply for anything else ever again and just live off myself instead of selling labor

but yeah people call warehouse dead end work but I think the 10 or so years i've done it had given me lots of experience with logistics, my resume is good, i'm good in interviews.

I just have zero motivation to define my life by whatever shitty job I end up in and it makes me sad that people have no motivation to build anything themselves and just want "the easy life" climbing the ladder, etc. I don't mind working harder than normal for less money when I'm my own boss, it's usually the times in life when I have the most fun and good memories

Like mushroom picking or selling weed or whatever , enterprise is whats up but you can't pull it out your ass, I spend money like it's going out of style

Never, I'm on the downward slope to retirement now. I've served my time in the trenches and will be leaving with a congressional medal of honor.

This is the weirdest stack of cope.

People have extended careers for a bunch of reasons, most with healthy lives don't necessarily need to define their lives by it (but it's fine if they do. It means they got really really good at something, in some circumstance, probably something they're fine with doing.)

If you have slightly bigger goals than just shitting around doing drugs all day while living paycheck to paycheck working spontaneously then you need to organize your life and finances a bit to get some stuff in the order that you want it.

E.g. regularity of income is massive. It doesn't matter as much if it's a big paycheck or not, it matters if it's steady. That's huge for being able to plan stuff and get to a point where you can do better.

Those people save up, then start a business or retire or do whatever they want. They have hobbies they can finance with their work.

But you seem to have built up a bunch of weird nonsense copes to associate with "building a career" as a Source Grapes type factor for something you don't actually seem capable of doing.

A philosopher walks into a cafe and ask the waitress for "coffee with no milk please." The waitress says "I'm sorry sir we are out of milk, would you like no-cream instead?"

You have no freedom in the choice you could never make.

Your only freedom is to act like you never wanted it anyway, which may be true but that just means you're content with being incapable of it.

Maybe you can keep telling yourself that all you ever wanted was black coffee. But how would you know if you were allergic creamers in general?

Have you ever built a sustained career at something that you can rightfully say you're turning it down?

Yeah, I realized that when I was a teenager that nothing would ever happen unless I paid for it all myself and I have been working ever since. Maybe if I focused more on PROFESSIONALISM I would have more steady income by now but I'm happy where I am and yeah CASH FLOW constant stream from all angles, I spent all day learning how to set up servers and shit. Non stop 24/7, I do fuck around a lot but I basically have no social life and few hobbies not related to the ultimate goal of PROFIT

I meet some people that have an insane work ethnic working 2 jobs and I ask them whats all the money for?, family?, new car?, etc etc.

Rarely do I hear anything besides saving and vacation, yeah saving it important but usually family people are saving for their kids future but if you don't want a family either like some women I meat, all they seem to do is save for retirement, work and die i dunno I guess that's cool, not everyone can spend their later years in comfort or whatever.

different ways to skin a cat I suppose

Caveat: Indian chicks are on the come up, they seem to be the one group of people I meet always doing shit , they aren't dating having families if you ever meet some 20 something immigrant indian and ask what they do (if they aren't married) it's usually pretty fucking cool

robots and AI shit or whatever and they always seem to have these skitzo obsessions with like medicine or some shit. Indians might be lowest on the global caste but I respect their innovative spirit, those fuckers are always up to something.

I want to make friends with south asian tech bros and start a chatGPT call center staffed by robots
