The bible says that people will be throwing their silver and gold into the streets, after decrying it as worthless. The best things people can stockpile right now is supplies, like an ax, a saw, a hammer, nails, matches, a flint and steel, a magnifying glass, a gun, a hand drill, a hand auger, a knife, a sharpening block, rope, etc. Once they're gone, and it won't be long they will be gone, you won't be able to buy them anywhere, and people will not be giving them up without a fight. -

2022-10-31 at 8:07 PM UTCNice thing about a magnifying glass is you can start a fire within seconds, even in the winter, as long as there's sunlight, and it lasts a lifetime. Use the matches or jelly or flint, if there's no sun, or just keep the fire going permanently.

Bic lighters over matches one would think. . Matches get wet
Lots of can and freeze dried
Auger for what reason? Dig a small bunker?
