    I feel awful. This needs to end. Every inch i move i feel all my joints grinding. Feels like someones laying a hot piece of metal in the middle of my back and the hip feels like i tore something. Theres not a single part of my body that isnt sore and achey.

    Short of taking opioids again or getting surgery, i dont think theres a whole lot i can do exceot wait and hope it resolves itself somewhat. Idk. It is what it is.
