No such thing. You are thinking of a democratically represented republic. What you describe below is not that. It is a pure democracy.

You don't seem to be grasping it very well...
  7. Fucks sake Benny how do you struggle so much with basic concepts? The “right to bear arms” was created hundreds of years ago. Since then new laws have been added to stipulate what KINDS of “arms” you can bear. Laws like the NFA of 1934 and the GCA of 1968. And various state/local laws.

But yes the prospect of increasing restrictions placed on the 2nd amendment is what organizations like the NRA and other pro-gun lobbyists are fighting. How dumb are you for real

    He's just childishly argumentative.

Yeah no he’s actually very intelligent and he’s clearly just trolling us. Although beneath the troll, he really does have anti-gun sentiments. He just doesn’t make the effort to articulate them seriously, lest he give up the whole FOB “chinaman” act

Anyway sometimes I just like to feed the troll, you know indulge them a little bit

which is why i said laws and constitution arent the same thing.

1 - laws that used to be laws but are no longer now and had become a mere guideline, thats constitution.

laws that are in effect, that judges and juries and officers of the law may use, apply or interpret whether a something or an action is right or wrong,

    thats law.

    and

    2 -

    U.S. Constitution - Amendment 13
    Amendment 13 - Slavery Abolished

    <<Back | Table of Contents | Next>>

    1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

    2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

so in a way, amendment 18 is just a suggestion, a mere moral obligation untill it was ratified or untill appropriate laws had been written on how to deal with it.

1 - constitutional law =/= constitution just like how prostitutional laws =/= prostitution.

2 - tell me about the 18th amendment.

3 - you obviously did not read your own sauce :

Constitutional laws may often be considered second order rule making or rules about making rules to exercise power. It governs the relationships between the judiciary, the legislature and the executive with the bodies under its authority. One of the key tasks of constitutions within this context is to indicate hierarchies and relationships of power. For example, in a unitary state,

    thats just a suggestion.

theres an entire book of laws that defines whats a legal searches and seizure and whats not.

you can just go to a court and say the evidences against you are all null and void becos their fruit of illegal searches and seizures.

you need to rely on an assortment of laws to prove why the searches and seizures if any, should be deemed illegal.

if it was that simple, this

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fourth_Amendment_to_the_United_States_Constitution#Proposal_and_ratification

    wouldnt be so damn long.

“The Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution (Article VI, Clause 2) establishes that the Constitution, federal laws made pursuant to it, and treaties made under its authority, constitute the supreme law of the land.”

It literally says the Constitution is the supreme law of the land. How does that fit with your argument that the Constitution is not law?
