   My heart rate hasn't descended below 100 bpm from when the site went out until just a few minutes ago when it came back. Already I've sweated through four pairs of clothes and I've lost a pound. A POUND. I've been popping propranolol but it isn't doing anything to slow my heart rate. I seriously thought I was going to die by the end of the hour when the site went live.
