Oh, and I've trying NSI-189 at 20mg 4x day. I saw more data suggesting that more doses throughout the day seem to improve the results, 40mg 2x having likely been chosen as the standard due to having a more optimal ratio of dose and benefits along with less doses making adherence more likely. Allows for more even dispersion throughout the day.
