    Did you properly treat the phone afterward? Take out the battery, let it dry thoroughly before turning it on.
    Its my fault I asked him to hold it for me. He diddnt think about it. We had the baby and were taking oics of him swimming and shit is wjy I brought it. It wps working fine aftwr, then slowly took a shit. My sd card is good so thats all that matters. I had to reactivate my old broken phone though. I diid dry it in rice once I saw it was acting fucky though.

    Fyi I did take it out of its case after it got wet and the back off to dry it but it didnt seem like it got wet inside where the components are. Ill fix it eventually Im wassbit pissed about it, but Im not going to blame him for it. I.

    Testosterone and GH are great but I thought I'd be flying off of all this gear. I feel as I normally do, just better. And I can put almost an hour into cardio, another two into free weights only to wake up the next day and do it again. Time to inject a gram of trenbolone weekly and ravage everything.

    Are you getting enough strong sun exposure on your bare skin and high dose vitamin D on days when you aren't? What are your routine's like? I'd consider dropping the cardio or replacing it with HIIT 2-3 times a week and increase the intensity of your weight lifting regimen, focusing purely on heavy compound lifts if you aren't already.

    The cardio is necessary to keep blood pressure down and the skewed lipids in control. I get a decent amount of sun exposure and take vitamin D EOD. I also take MT2 for science and increased melanogenesis without making me crispy. Why?

Ideally the sun exposure would be at least 10 minutes on your bare back, depending on skin tone and intensity. How much vitamin D are you taking? Maintenance levels should actually be at least 5K IU. Sunlight is superior and it shouldn't be needed on days when sufficient amounts are received.

    I take 5000 IU EOD. Get good sun exposure and additional vitamin from my diet. Probably has little affect on me though because I produce next to nothing while on exogenous test.

    I gotta tell you guyz. I've been living clean and sober for the better part a few weeks now, and it feels great! Not preaching, just saying, if it's something you know in your heart of hearts you want to try after years of altered consciousness, and you can do it without too much stress on the body - give it a shot. It's like a whole new experience, a whole new way of thinking!:)

    Obvs its not appealing to those who've settled into a hokey pokey with the high life - and are content enough with their energies the way they are, but the option is always there... the grass is never greener, but you can enjoy the scented breeze a Lil more
