the courses they do in british prisons are a fucking joke. the companies providing the courses are just after the tax payers money they get for providing them. the way it works is that they only get paid if the prisoner passes the course. i've seen so many instances where prisoners were on courses and either didn't bother or weren't capable of completing the course work, so the tutors just fill it in for them and the certificates still get given to the prisoners. i did a short course on recycling while inside but the course was bullshit. it was in my last six weeks and the course was nearly all health and safety bullshit, so i got fed up with it and didn't bother finishing it. low and behold just before i got released i had my pass certificate shoved under my door qualifying me to work in waste management, haha. there must be thousands of ex prisoners with qualifications that are completely incapable and have no idea about the jobs they are 'qualified' to do, its a fucking joke. all so the politicians pals who run the training companies can get shitloads of tax payers money in their pockets. i would imagine a similar situation is prolly happening in the states as well.

It's just an illusion. Above the local level, it doesn't matter who you elect, they're all on the same side and pretend to hate each other. If they're not controlled by the cabal, they don't make it to the ballot.

Again, blaming your average American for what happened with manufacturing going foreign is like blaming you for providing such cheap labor. Nobody that's alive today has had anything to do with it. If the last generations had been willing to pay a bit more for their goods, this wouldn't have happened. Now, we don't have a choice. Nothing is made here anymore.
I try my best to not support companies that promote or cause things like this. I also try to raise awareness of the suffering that our purchases cause if I become aware of it, but good luck trying to get your average American about this. They're too busy worrying about political bullshit and what other people think to care, and if they do care, they don't care enough to not buy the products.edit : even the Crouton that you occasionally get … their blood Croutons.
