it's best to shit the moment you urge.. hang time a bit until you see if the urge goes up and fire away. you clean out yourself, feel more energy and then go wash up and grub.
take fiber supplements and eat apple slicing before bedtime. it's a good clean.
I usually fart a lot. but not enough urge to shit. it's more annoying not to be able to shit with a tiny urge to do so. false alarms on the toilet seat. so drink your fiber before bedtime
