I don't think it's a contest, but there is always going to be that one "deadliest" rampage. Omar Mateen was #1 until Stephen Paddock took over.
It's part of our culture. These people are products of their environment and must have reason's to do what they're doing. Everyone is planned out, so you really can't say that they just snapped one day.
I don't think it's mental health issues though. I think it's America's general culture. Look at the way people treat people here. Look at the way families treat each other. I've noticed that in a lot of families, there is one child that gets the shit treatment. These people usually end up homeless, on drugs, suicide off, in prison, etc. Then the families say that they cared so much even though it's obvious BS.
These don't happen so much in other countries, so it's obviously an American thing. -

i heard from my source, that paddock didn't die and didn't do the shooting but sold his name and moved to the philips with that phlip after getting paid a lot. seems logicical more so than one guy with 23 gun and was able to shoot from multiple hotels (i listened to the police radio as it was happening) -
