mash up charcoal, gravel and sand

run water through it a few dozen times first to prep it.

go down the street to nearest stream (they're everywhere except the desert areas) and grab a few bucked and a stick (like Chinese people do) and bring it back to the house. run it through a few of these thinning out the materials in each enhancement as you go along.. larger in 1, mid grit in 2 and fine in 3.(charcoal like talcum powder if possible)

then boil that shit.. you're set.

do any of you know how to make bread from pure scratch.. from gathering seeds to making starter dough?
