It's happened a few times since but if you're caught it's apparently an expensive fine. Its clearly something someone from Totse would of done then bragged about it

my local library sucked dick.
what i did find to be a good library were the large universities that had real paper books from the early 1900s and older where details on how to do things, such as make explosives, real concrete, and other assorted topics, wasnt so utterly fucktard-ified like publications from about the 1960s to present -

just kidding. Yeah I love older books too. The ones with detailed graphic in nature Caricatures of people.. like something in Alice in Wonderland but showing some disturbing forms of torturing peasants by shitting in their mouths while they're strapped to some kind of torture device. I mean what the fuck 1800s??? Not so Victorian Innocent by far -
